Scavenger Hunt with our Adjective Cards

Who doesn’t live a scavenger hunt! Make it a little different and open to your own child’s imagination with our adjective cards. Find something that is smooth or rough, bumpy or bendy. Fence panels can look stripy, or maybe you’ve found some curly clouds?

You can also flip this around, finding an object first and then going through the adjective cards to see if any match up. Is a stick bendy? Do you need to experiment to see if it is or not? Turn it into a science investigation and observe your surroundings. 

I did this with my son and daughter and I really loved the answers they came up with! You can also download and print off the record sheet to keep a track of what you can find.
